Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! Sunday July 17th, I will be part of the National Aids Memorial Grove team walking in Golden Gate Park for AIDS Walk San Francisco. Our team has a very ambitious goal of $125,000.00– we need your help to achieve it!
This year I am walking for all of my friends that are not here to walk. Each of whom I think of every day. For Coley, Richard, Bill, Chris, Timmy, Ron, Dick, David, and all the boys I fail to name here now.
Although we have made great strides in fighting HIV/AIDS, we do not yet have a cure, new infection rates are still too high , and too many people living with HIV don’t have access to basic resources they need to survive and stay healthy.
That’s where we come in. Will you please sponsor me for AIDS Walk San Francisco?
And if you are able be a part of the National Aids Memorial Grove’s long support fighting HIV/AIDSand join our team.
80% of what we raise benefits programs of the National AIDS Memorial-- the steward of our nation’s two most notable AIDS Memorials: the National AIDS Memorial Grove (“the Grove”) and the globally-recognized AIDS Memorial Quilt. 20% benefits other HIV/AIDS organizations providing prevention programs and direct services. Project Inform, Ward 86 at San Francisco General Hospital, Project Open Hand, and more than 40 other Bay Area AIDS service organizations. These groups serve as a lifeline to thousands of people living with the disease in need of care, counseling, food, housing, and much more. AIDS Walk San Francisco funding also powers crucial prevention efforts to stop new infections.
Please help if you can and remember your corporate match if you one too!

Checks for any amount can also be made out to "AWSF" with my name in the memo and sent to:

Thank you for supporting me in this critically important effort.
