Online event funds raised to date

Welcome to Tom Raffin's Page

I’m participating in the 2017 AIDS Walk San Francisco, a 10K fundraising walk to fight the epidemic. The money we raise provides medical care, meals, housing assistance, advocacy, and more to thousands of people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS throughout the Bay Area. Since the beginning in 1981 20,000 people living in the San Francisco Bay Area have died from AIDS. At the same time almost 700,000 people living in America have died from AIDS, and 35 million people in the world have died from AIDS. There are 39 million people living with AIDS in the world. If you have time, visit the National AIDS Memorial Grove in Golden Gate Park behind the California Academy of Sciences. Thank you for considering a donation! -Tom
