This is my 9th year fundraising for AIDS Walk San Francisco. I fundraise to honor and remember my Uncle Bill, who lost his battle to AIDS in 1992, and Betty Sanders Gordon, my late grandmother who was an advocate and supporter of the AIDS community.
I also fundraise to help those living with HIV in San Francisco, as SF has one of the largest populations of people living with HIV in the United States.
AIDS Walk is a special day to join thousands in Golden Gate Park, to fundraise for an amazing cause and remember the thousands of lives lost to this disease. I haven't walked in person since 2019, so I'm excited for the opportunity to walk in person this year.
If anyone is interested in walking with Casey (my husband) and I, we'd love for you to join us.
Thanks for supporting this important cause!
