Thank you for supporting my efforts to raise funds for the amazing work of the National AIDS Memorial as part of AIDS Walk SF 2022!

I’m so proud to have been involved with the memorial for nearly 15 years. Having AIDS Walk return to Golden Gate Park this year is particularly meaningful as its taking place in Robin Williams Meadow where the National AIDS Memorial displayed more than 3,000 panels of theAIDS Memorial Quilt just a few weeks ago – the largest ever in San Francisco -- and marking 35 years since its first panels were stitched together. AIDS Walk is also just a short walk to the 10-acre National AIDS Memorial Grove, our nation’s federally-designated memorial to AIDS, where thousands of people visit each year to honor and remember loved ones lost to AIDS.

These two national treasures and the work of the National AIDS Memorial are why I am so proud to be part of #TeamAIDSMemorial. Our work is rooted in hope, healing and remembrance and the ongoing fight for health and social justice. With the Grove, the Quilt and programs that support storytelling, youth education, community engagement, and awareness, we are reaching millions of people each year in the fight for a cure and to never forget.

Please join me in being part of my team for AIDS Walk SF this year as we come together as a community to support the National AIDS Memorial and our work.
