Thank you for supporting my efforts to raise funds for the amazing work of the National AIDS Memorial as part of AIDS Walk SF 2021!
I’ve worked with team at the Memorial for more than a decade, helping them tell the stories of the AIDS pandemic -- the lives lost, survivors and heroes. Last year, we helped create a touching 50-state virtual exhibition of the AIDS Quilt and bring a national conversation on World AIDS Day that honored Dr. Anthony Fauci and brought together leaders who have been on the front lines of both the AIDS and Covid-19 pandemics.
This year marks four decades into the AIDS pandemic. The National AIDS Memorial, by sharing the story of the struggle against HIV/AIDS through the power and beauty of the Grove and the Quilt, is helping inspire new generations of activists in the fight against stigma, denial, and hate, for a just future.
