Thank you for checking out my page and supporting the work of the National AIDS Memorial through SF AIDSwalk.

As you probably already know, I am a Board Member of the National AIDS Memorial which stewards both the National AIDS Memorial Grove and the AIDS Quilt.

My journey as a community activist started with the NAMES Project AIDS Quilt in 1987 and I continue to be amazed at its impact as an educational tool and source of comfort for people still deeply affected by this virus... which still has no cure after over 40 years.

Simply put, I still participate in community events like AIDSWalk because I made a promise to my loved ones I would not give up until that day.
