I recently joined this amazing HIV Team, Team VIDA at Santa Rosa Community Health. We have never done the AIDS Walk before, BUT WE ARE THIS YEAR!

The money we raise, we get back to use for our patients. We are grant funded, but the funds are restricted on how we use them. There are many needs that patients need, and we don't have the funds to give it to them. Some of the needs are transportation, Food cards & gas cards and many more. Some people can't afford their co-pays or may need some help with dental work etc. The needs are endless.
