As a nurse care manager serving people living with HIV/AIDS at West County Health Centers, this walk is deeply personal to me. I will be walking for every one of my patients—past and present. I walk to help end stigma, to raise awareness, and to stand in support of a community that deserves compassion, dignity, and care.
