As we talk about achieving the final mile, let's not forget the history of, and debt we have, to those who fought bravely in the early years of the epidemic. As a Board Member of the National AIDS Memorial, it is my priviledge to raise their flag and assure that, "By sharing the story of the struggle against HIV/AIDS, we remember, in perpetuity, the lives lost, we offer healing and hope to survivors, and we inspire new generations of activists in the fight against stigma, denial, and hate for a just future." Please help me in supporting the work that the National AIDS Memorial undertakes, from raising awareness among those most impacted in the US, to suporting young activists through our scholarship programs. The AIDS Walk SF is our largest annual fundraiser and every amount- small or large-helps.
