When the movie, Philadelphia came out in the early 90's. It was such gut-wrenching time for many people in the LGBTQ+ community. I was in the theater sitting next to my two best friends who were HIV+, the movie triggered me emotionally as I knew what the main character's dilemma would look like. I was just in tears in some movie sequences. To this day, I am constantly reminded on how precious life is. I continue to advocate for AIDs related treatments and in my lifetime, I hope a cure. Join me in supporting my efforts to fundraise for AIDS Walk San Francisco. As always, every dollar counts. Mahalo!
