Welcome to my 25th year of doing the AIDS Walk! I've set an ambitious goal, but it's my 25th year, so why not?!
My first AIDS Walk was in 2001. I had just started working at UCSF. Two years later, I started working on research studies related to people living with HIV. Today, I am involved with a study looking at how PTSD treatments may improve the well-being and reduce PTSD symptoms for LGBTQIA+ people. The Alliance Health Project is part of this research, and the money I am raising will go directly to them. Their mission is to improve the lives of LGBTQIA+ people and HIV-affected communities.
Please support me by making a donation here to AIDS Walk San Francisco.
