Thank you for viewing my page! This is my first 5K and first time fundraising for AIDS Walk, so let's help out together. :)

100% of donations will go to resources for LGBTQ+ individuals in the Bay Area. These resources from testing and treatment services for adults living with HIV/AIDS, to funding community therapy services for those in recovery, and resources for LGBTQ+ youth so that nobody goes without guidance.

As someone who needed resources like these as a young queer person in Florida, and had the privilege to benefit (even now) from these resources as a new San Francisco resident, it's because of these health and social programs that I am healthy physically and mentally. I have found community, support, and comfort here through local centers (such as Lyric, Strut, and others), and I hope to give back with your help.
