I’m participating in the 40th annual AIDS Walk San Francisco, a 5K fundraiser to help fight the HIV/AIDS epidemic.

Since its founding, SF AIDS Walk has brought together generations of activists, families, advocates, and partners united by one goal: to end the epidemic and care for those impacted by it.

Funds raised support this year’s 2026 co-beneficiaries and their vital work, including HIV prevention, testing, and education; medical care, mental health, and substance use support; outreach to underserved communities, including LGBTQ+ people and communities of color; housing, food, and basic needs; community and peer support; research and innovation to advance treatment and prevention; and education and remembrance honoring those impacted by HIV/AIDS.
