Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! Please support me and my team by making a donation here to AIDS Walk San Francisco.
The money raised will help our patients directly. Donations will make a difference in improving the wellbeing of people living with HIV who receive services from Santa Rosa Community Health. More support is needed to expand services and ensure sustained positive outcomes for those in need.
Below is a detailed report of where donations raised in the past went. Between Nov 2024-March 2026, $14,637.24 has gone towards patient assistance:
- $8750 went to the purchase of 350 Safeway Gift Cards in $25 increments that were given out to assist with food insecurity and fuel assistance. Of these, 317 Safeway gift cards were distributed to 75 unique patients during the reporting period
- $338.74 went towards medication copay assistance for patients uninsured or underinsured.
- $1537.56 went towards SRCH’s Bags of Love Program which are distributed to patients with food and housing insecurity
- $2445.27 went towards lab copay assistance for patients uninsured or underinsured: 3 unique patients received medication copay assistance
- $269.13 went towards direct patient assistance to address social determinants of health.
