I think my first year in the SF AIDS Walk was 1996. It was wonderful to be among so many people joyfully walking together and raising funds to fight AIDS and support people in need. That was thirty years ago, and now the SF AIDS Walk is turning forty. I missed a few years due to cancer and then the COVID pandemic, but I am well now, and looking forward to walking in the park again.
