Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! We are raising funds to support our Team VIDA (Viral Infectious Disease Alliance) here at Santa Rosa Community Health. Team VIDA has been the hub for HIV/AIDS services since 2009, when we took over services from the County.

Funds raised will go to provide our patients living with HIV/AIDS essential resources to improve their are and quality of life, like food, transportation, medicines.
