TRUCHA is the HIV Services Department at La Clinica de la Raza, a trusted provider of community-based healthcare in the Bay Area. For nearly 40 years, La Clinica TRUCHA has offered compassionate, culturally responsive HIV services to some of the most underserved communities in our region.
What began as a small outreach effort focused on education and condom distribution has grown into a comprehensive program that addresses both prevention and care. Today, TRUCHA provides the following free or low-cost services in both English and Spanish:
** HIV and STI testing and treatment through drop-in services
**HIV prevention outreach and education
**PrEP and PEP navigation
**Linkage to long-term HIV care
**Support groups for people living with HIV
**Gender-affirming support groups, for people of trans experience
**A food pantry for clients/patients in need
**Health navigation and case management for overall sexual health
**Naloxone distribution and administration.
Your support helps us continue this vital work. Join our team or donate today and help us make a difference in the fight against HIV/AIDS
